Happy Thanksgiving

At this time of year we all reflect on what we are thankful for in our lives. When I was younger I was much better at starting my bedtime prayers with ... Today I am thankful for..., but I admit as I grow older the 'thanks' sometimes get left out. It is my goal to keep a thankful heart each day of the year, and not only on this day. May your families be blessed today... and don't forget.. Gobble til you Wobble!

MCKS (My Charming KidS- not to be confused with McDonald's)

Hi Y'all!
I've been reading this website for months. (I've been one of those silent lurkers) This family's story is amazing. If you want a good laugh, a good cry, or just to be amazed by this family's faith then check out this fairy tale . . .

Click HERE or the button on my side bar that says...MckMiracle and then visit the site to get one of your own!

Sweet Home Alabama

We had a great time while we were home. The time goes so quickly that it is never enough! The kids had fun playing with family. We even got to see some of our cousins for the first time! It is hard living so far away. My kids only get to play with their family once or twice a year. I guess we just have to pack all of the fun into a couple of weeks and hope that it lasts us until we get back next time. If you are a family member reading and you took pictures while we were home and you have promised to mail them to me(several of you did).... don't forget :) I'll leave you with few pictures from our trip and my trip to Troy University to see our college homecoming game. I took close to 600 pics...here is a sample in random order ...
